Workbook F is all about behavior assessment, arguably one of the most important aspects of our clinical practice. Throughout this workbook, you’ll focus not only on procedures, but rationale for why certain procedures are necessary. Remember, we all need a good start, and assessment gives us the opportunity for the best start for our treatment. 
 
Use this manual. Write in it, mark it up, doggy ear it, tab it, destroy it, but use it. Make this YOUR way into the concepts. Define the terms. Give yourself examples. Practice the skills. Teach it to someone else. The more you know about the concepts, the better off you’ll be as you enter the field as a behavioral scientist.
